We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, particularly in off-plan and resale projects, and will be skilled in managing client relationships through a CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate qualified leads and build long-term relationships with clients.

Advise clients on suitable investment opportunities in off-plan and resale properties.

Conduct property presentations and follow up to successfully close sales.

Maintain and update client information using the company’s CRM system.

Coordinate with developers and clients to ensure a smooth sales process.

Stay informed about market trends, new projects, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales within the Abu Dhabi market.

Strong knowledge of off-plan and resale properties.

Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage leads and track performance.

Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are an added advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach.

UAE driving license is an advantage.
