Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell real estate properties to potential buyers.
• Identify and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, online marketing, and networking events.
• Conduct property tours and provide information to clients on features, benefits, and specifications of each property.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, negotiate deals, and close sales transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process, including documentation, contracts, and payments.
• Attend company meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay up to date on industry trends and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with other members of the sales team, as well as the marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
