Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Property Consultant to join our Dubai team. You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering a high level of professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and provide expert advice on buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai and across the GCC.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing channels.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and area developments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and external partners to ensure smooth transactions.
• Assist clients with documentation, RERA processes, and property handovers.

Requirements:

• Experience in Dubai real estate is preferred (1–3 years).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Presentable, confident, and client-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of off-plan and secondary market properties.
• RERA certification or willingness to obtain it.
• UAE driving license and own car preferred.
