Property Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Property Consultant to assist our clients in making informed property decisions and offer expert advice regarding buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to understand current real estate trends effectively.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on property investments.
• Assist clients with buying, selling, leasing, and renting properties efficiently.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of clients and their properties.
• Prepare and deliver detailed property reports and presentations to clients.
• Negotiate property deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.
• Coordinate with legal and financial professionals to streamline property transactions.
• Conduct property inspections to assess condition and valuation accurately.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships for ongoing business opportunities.
• Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and zoning ordinances in the area.
• Attend industry events and seminars to enhance knowledge and expand professional networks.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.

Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a property consultant or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, property value assessments, and investment strategies.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
• Familiarity with relevant legal, regulatory, and financial requirements in real estate.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
