Property Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Property Consultant to join our real estate team. You will help clients buy, sell, and invest in properties, providing expert guidance throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their property needs.
• Showcase properties and explain features, benefits, and investment opportunities.
• Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process.
• Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
• Maintain client records and follow up on leads.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property sales or real estate (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional.
• Knowledge of the local property market is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Language : English (Fluent) Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Punjabi, Gujrati, Marathi any one.
