About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Property Consultant to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about real estate and eager to build a successful career. As a Property Consultant, you will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties while enjoying a highly competitive commission structure of up to 75% on your sales. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you excel in your role and achieve your career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs and preferences.
  • Source, list, and market properties to potential buyers or tenants through various channels.
  • Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate property valuations and insights on market trends.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, offering clients detailed information and addressing their queries.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to secure the best possible deals.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation and paperwork involved in property transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies throughout the transaction process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the property transaction process.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm and a strong interest in property are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor, committed to providing outstanding customer service.
