Aylesford Middle East is growing its sales team and is looking for driven Property Consultants to join our fast-paced, performance-oriented real estate company in the UAE.

What You'll Do:

• Handle off-plan sales transactions
• Work with premium developer projects and exclusive listings
• Conduct viewings and negotiate with clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage high-net-worth clients and investors
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For:

• UAE real estate experience (off-plan or luxury preferred)
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a hunger for commissions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Convert qualified leads into high-value transactions
• Build long-term client relationships and referral networks
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
