What You’ll Do:

• Actively identify and acquire new clients through calls, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored real estate solutions from our diverse portfolio.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to maximize client retention and referrals.
• Stay updated on market trends and developments in the UAE real estate sector.

Who Can Apply:

• Sales professionals from industries like insurance, banking, cars, luxury retail, telecom, direct selling, B2B, B2C, etc.
• Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in hardcore sales / target-driven roles.
• Locally available and bilingual is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

(Previous real estate experience is a plus but not required. We provide full training and onboarding.)
