Role Description

This is a full time on site role for a Property Consultant based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will explore emerging real estate opportunities, offer expert advice to clients, and guide them through the sales and leasing process. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, and showcasing properties to meet clients' investment or residential needs. The role requires regular communication with clients, negotiating deals, and coordinating all aspects of the property transaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Sales
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build client relationships
• Proven Consulting and advisory capabilities to offer strategic guidance
• Ability to understand market trends and client investment goals
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi with flexibility and reliability
• Previous experience in the UAE real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
