What You’ll Do
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties
Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to clients
Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
Negotiate deals and close transactions successfully
Manage property listings on platforms like Property Finder and Bayut
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of real estate experience (Dubai market preferred)
Strong knowledge of UAE property laws and RERA guidelines
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional
RERA certification is an advantage
