Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Property Consultant to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, landlords, and tenants
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Prepare required documentation and follow up until deal closure

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate sales/leasing is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the Dubai Land Department rules and Dubai property market
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and presentable personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
