Job Title: Experienced Real Estate Agent – Off-Plan & Secondary Market

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of Dubai real estate experience
• Experience in off-plan sales is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Dubai developers, project launches, payment plans, and investment opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Active on social media and professionally presentable
• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily buyer and investor inquiries
• Promote and sell off-plan and secondary market properties
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful transactions
• Build a strong personal brand and market presence
