As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding the needs and preferences of buyers and renters, and guiding them through the complex process of property transactions. Your expertise will be essential in advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and related information, ensuring they make informed decisions. Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties.
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties for sale or rent.
• Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
• Advertise properties through a variety of marketing channels and platforms.
• Schedule property viewings and accompany clients during on-site visits.
• Foster and strengthen existing client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Negotiate contracts and manage all aspects of the transaction process.
• Stay informed about real estate markets, trends, and best practices.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in property consultancy or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to facilitate transactions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or related field is preferred.
• Proficient in using various marketing platforms and real estate management software.
