Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Property Consultants / Real Estate Agents for Dubai’s Off-Plan and Secondary Market. This is a high-commission opportunity designed for motivated real estate professionals who want to maximize their earnings without commission caps.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and close property sales (Off-Plan & Secondary Market)
• Handle buyer and investor inquiries
• Conduct property viewings and presentations
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM updates
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in UAE real estate (preferred)
• Experience in Off-Plan or Secondary Market sales
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Knowledge of Dubai property market
• Target-driven and self-motivated
