Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice based on client needs
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and legal regulations
• Negotiate deals to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the company
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market
• Fluency in Arabic or Russian or Chinese (mandatory)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of UAE real estate laws and market dynamics
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Leadership qualities and a professional attitude
