Key Responsibilities
- Handle property sales and leasing transactions for residential and commercial units
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and property portals
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate market information to clients
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close deals successfully
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
- Maintain up-to-date listings and client data in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and transaction closure
- Stay updated on UAE real estate laws, market trends, and competitor activity
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent (UAE market preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to work under targets
- Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM systems and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.)
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred
