Property Consultant - Attractive Salary + Comission

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle property sales and leasing transactions for residential and commercial units
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and property portals
  • Conduct property viewings and provide accurate market information to clients
  • Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close deals successfully
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
  • Maintain up-to-date listings and client data in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and transaction closure
  • Stay updated on UAE real estate laws, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent (UAE market preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to work under targets
  • Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.)
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred
