Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of clients through daily prospecting.

• Manage the sale/rental of properties, ensuring compliance with all documentation and procedures.

• Stay informed about real estate trends, especially in your area of expertise.

• Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and transactions.

• Promote properties through advertising channels, open houses, and other listing services.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years prior Real Estate experience in the UAE is required.

• Must be proactive and results-driven attitude.

• Passionate about real estate and sales.

• Friendly, trustworthy, and with a professional appearance.

• Must have Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication in English + Arabic or English + Russian language Required.

• Valid UAE Driver’s License with own car required.
