About the Role

Daytona Properties is looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant / Leasing Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have experience in property management and a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.

This is a high-commission opportunity for ambitious individuals who are confident in closing deals and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and lease residential and commercial properties.
• Manage property listings and conduct property viewings.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms and close deals efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate regulations.
• Coordinate documentation and tenancy contract processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, preferably within property management.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Must have own visa
• Must be able to join immediately.
• Open to Freelancers & Part-Timers
