Property Consultant (Rental)

Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 + attractive commission structure

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Property Consultant (Rental) to drive RNPL-enabled rental transactions by advising tenants, coordinating with landlords, and closing rental deals through Client's platform. The role focuses on conversion, relationship building, and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate tenants on RNPL rental options and benefits
• Support tenants in preparing and submitting RNPL eligibility documents
• Liaise with landlords to explain RNPL guarantees and payment timelines
• Promote RNPL listings and guide tenants through property selection
• Track RNPL versus standard rental conversions
• Close rental deals by coordinating approvals and contract signing
• Build long-term relationships to drive renewals, referrals, and growth

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience as a rental or property agent
• Strong understanding of the UAE residential rental market
• Valid UAE driving license
