What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in real estate sales/leasing in the Dubai market
• Confidence in handling property inquiries and closing deals
• Strong phone communication skills and ability to manage multiple client conversations
• Passion for real estate and a professional attitude
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Self-driven, well-organized, and results-oriented

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and convert qualified leads through effective communication and follow-ups
• Maintain an active pipeline
• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate trends, pricing, and legal updates
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to improve team results
