Property Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with developers, investors, and private clients.
• Promote and present Tempo Architects’ services including architectural design, master planning, and interior design.
• Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and consultancy offers.
• Collaborate with the design team to translate client requirements into project briefs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Follow up on potential projects and close consultancy agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales .
• Experience in B2B sales , preferably within real estate, engineering, or service-based industries.
• Background in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering .
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
