Role Summary
Responsible for supervising all property and facility operations within the marina, including maintenance, safety, berth leasing support, contract preparation, and renewal follow-ups to ensure smooth and efficient marina operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance of pontoons, utilities (water, power), marina buildings, and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of berths, walkways, facilities, and back-of-house areas.
- Coordinate with contractors for MEP works, cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and technical repairs.
- Ensure safety standards are met for guests, boat owners, and staff.
- Respond to facility issues and emergencies promptly.
- Monitor asset condition, report damages, and follow up maintenance requests.
- Support marina operations team with facility-related needs.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and supplier performance.
Berth Leasing & Contracts
- Assist in preparing berth lease contracts and agreements.
- Coordinate with clients for berth availability, allocation, and documentation.
- Handle renewal follow-ups and ensure timely contract extensions.
- Update the berth register and ensure all contract data is accurate and current.
- Support the Marina Manager in pricing updates, occupancy reports, and client communication.
Requirements
- Experience in facility or property supervision, ideally in a marina.
- Basic knowledge of marine infrastructure, MEP systems, and safety standards.
- Experience with contracts, leasing, or client coordination (preferred).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
