Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year UAE Real Estate Sales experience (Required)
  • Off-Plan / Primary Market experience preferred
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Self-driven and target-oriented
  • Good computer and CRM knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in identifying suitable investment opportunities
  • Present properties and explain project features
  • Maintain accurate property listings and client records
  • Generate leads through networking and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct property viewings and consultations
  • Guide buyers throughout the purchasing process
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Deliver excellent customer service before and after sales

Location:

Business Bay, Dubai, UAE

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
