Property Maintenance Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility in Margao, Goa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, the ability to lead a team of technicians, and ensure smooth functioning of all equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate a team of 10 maintenance staff.

- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns efficiently.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.

- Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

- Coordinate with management for resource planning and maintenance schedules.

- Support facility improvements and assist in technical audits or inspections.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech).

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in maintenance or facility management (preferred).

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Good knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and safety standards.

- Problem-solving attitude with good communication and planning skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
