Property & Maintenance Support Associate

Overview
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Property & Maintenance Support Associate to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our motel. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, supporting housekeeping, maintenance, and daily operations. If you enjoy physical work, staying busy, and taking pride in keeping a property running smoothly, this position is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

Grounds & Property Care

• Maintain cleanliness of exterior property and walkways
• Remove trash and debris from common areas and grounds
• Sweep, power-wash, and keep outdoor areas guest-ready

Housekeeping Support

• Stock maid closets with linens, amenities, and supplies
• Assist with organizing storage rooms
• Help with laundry or room turnovers when needed

Deliveries & Inventory

• Assist with unloading deliveries
• Stock items into appropriate storage or supply areas
• Track and report low inventory items to management

Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform basic handyman tasks (minor repairs, touch-ups, simple plumbing fixes, tightening fixtures, etc.)
• Inspect property for issues and report damage
• Assist management with small renovation or repair projects

General Support

• Respond to tasks assigned by manager throughout the shift
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and motel policies

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
