We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position is based in our Ocala office and plays a key role in supporting our property management operations team. In this role, you will assist with tenant application processing, new lease and renewal preparation, and maintenance order coordination, while also handling daily administrative and customer service tasks.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional organizational skills, and enjoys helping both tenants and property owners. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service.
