Property Management Consultant

Sky View Real Estate is expanding its Property Management Division and we are hiring motivated and experienced Property Management Consultants who are focused on the secondary market. This is a commission-based role designed for driven individuals who can build and manage landlord portfolios while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new landlords for property management
• Manage secondary market listings and client portfolios
• Conduct property viewings, inspections, and follow-ups
• Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants professionally
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and maintenance teams
• Build strong client relationships for long-term portfolio growth
• Ensure RERA compliance and documentation accuracy

Requirements

Experience in Dubai Real Estate (Property Management – Secondary Market)
UAE Driving License – must be willing to travel for meetings & viewings
Strong knowledge of Dubai rental laws (RERA)
Good understanding of leasing documentation and tenancy contracts
Ability to acquire and retain landlords and exclusive properties
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven personality
Must be willing to work on commission basis only
