Property Management Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and service-oriented Property Management Coordinator to join our elite team.

The Mission

As the Property Management Coordinator, you are the vital link between our property owners, high-profile tenants, and maintenance teams. Your goal is to ensure every unit under our care remains in pristine condition while providing world-class customer service.

Your Daily Portfolio:

• Tenant Relations: Act as the first point of contact for residents, handling inquiries, lease renewals, and move-in/move-out inspections with a "guest-first" attitude.
• Maintenance Coordination: Oversee work orders from inception to completion. You’ll be the bridge between technical teams and residents, ensuring repairs are done right—the first time.
• Leasing Support: Assist in managing lease documentation, tracking payments, and updating our property management software with 100% accuracy.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits and inspections across Porto Arabia to ensure our luxury standards are consistently met.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external contractors and service providers to ensure seamless facility operations.

Who You Are

• The Pearl Expert: You have 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or high-end real estate (Experience specifically in The Pearl-Qatar is a massive advantage).
• Master of Details: You notice the small things—from a loose tile to a typo in a contract—and you fix them before they become issues.
• A Communicator: Fluent in English (written and verbal). Professional Arabic is highly valued as you’ll be interacting with a diverse international community.
• Reliable: You believe that "on time" means five minutes early. You thrive in a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Tech-Fluent: Proficient in MS Office and property management CRM systems.
