Property Management Supervisor

Are you an experienced Property Management professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional tenant and client service? We are looking for a Property Management Supervisor to join our growing team in the Real Estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day property management operations across residential and commercial units
• Supervise property coordinators, maintenance staff, and service providers
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests and quality control on all works
• Handle tenant relations, renewals, move-ins/move-outs, and conflict resolution
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and occupancy analysis
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, contractors, and government entities
• Drive continuous improvements in service quality and operational efficiency

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in property management (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication & customer service abilities
• Knowledge of UAE tenancy laws, RERA/Land Department rules
• Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and solve problems professionally
• Proficiency in CRM/property software is a plus

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
