Property Manager

We are looking to hire an experienced property associate who can join us immediately. The candidate should have strong knowledge in coordinating with the clients, Real Estate Regulatory Agency, and all other related stake holders. The responsibilities are as below but not limited to,

• Handle tenant communications (move-ins, move-outs, complaints, inquiries).
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance/repairs with vendors and contractors.
• Keep track of rent payments, deposits, and invoices.
• Maintain property files, contracts, and lease agreements.
• Conduct property inspections and report issues
• Completion of all legal activities as per the rules and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Real estate/ Property management: 3 years (Required)

Language:

• Arabic (Required)
