Property Manager/Executive Assistant

Beverly Hills, CA | In office

Compensation: $100K+ (Depending on experience)


A boutique residential property management firm with a multifamily portfolio is seeking a Property Manager to join its corporate office team. This is a hands-on role supporting daily property operations while also assisting with executive-level administrative needs.


This position offers exposure to all sides of the business, including property operations, tenant relations, leasing, bookkeeping, and executive support. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.


Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with property managers, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Prepare leases and related documentation using ZipForms

Post and maintain rental listings on Zillow, Craigslist, and Avail

Assist with QuickBooks bookkeeping, invoicing, and account reconciliation

Manage tenant communications and respond to time-sensitive issues

Provide administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, and scheduling

Oversee on-site staff and assist with operational needs across properties

Handle errands and occasional on-site property visits as needed


Qualifications

Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related administrative role

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

Clear, professional communication and strong follow-through

Proficiency with QuickBooks, ZipForms, and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism

Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented mindset
