We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Country Director. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Beverly Hills.

Hiring Timeline: We anticipate making a final hiring decision within 2–3 weeks of initial interviews. The expected start date for this role is the beginning of June 2026.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the Country Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel
• Support small projects and daily operational tasks as assigned
• Assist with managing vendors, retail location timelines, deadlines, and priorities
• Adapt to shifting priorities based on the Country Director’s direction and schedule
• Handle communications and act as a point of contact for internal and external partners
• Take meeting notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up
• Maintain confidential files and sensitive information

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or Executive Assistant role (preferred)
• Retail expansion experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be extremely organized, experienced with contracts and lease agreements, skilled at managing priorities and scheduling, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Availability Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
• In-office presence required
