Property Manager

We are looking for an outgoing and optimistic individual to manage a beautiful family tax credit apartment community in the Bonner Springs/Kansas City area. The duties include (but not limited too), oversee all the day-to-day operations, showing and leasing apartments, all aspects of customer service, posting rents, other administrative tasks, creating lease documents, leading and directing staff to achieve property goals, and more. The position is full time with full time benefits. The position also requires reliability, positive attitude, task management skills, problem solving abilities, and more.
