Job Title: Business Development & Holiday Homes Manager (Listing, Property Management)

Location- Abu Dhabi

Minimum Years of Experience - 2 to 4

Vanilla Homes (a sister company of PSI and PSI Assets) is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven Business Development professional to lead and execute our portfolio growth strategy.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with strong experience in Business Development, Property Listings, and Holiday Homes operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our holiday homes portfolio, onboarding new property owners, managing listings across platforms, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute property acquisition and portfolio growth strategies
• Must have Listing, holiday homes experience
• Lead negotiations with owners, investors, and developers
• Close management, leasing, and strategic partnership agreements
• Coordinate onboarding with design, operations, and finance teams
• Monitor acquisition KPIs, portfolio quality, and ROI
• Represent Vanilla Homes at senior-level industry events
• Prepare growth forecasts and management reports
• Ensure all new properties meet Vanilla Homes’ brand and design standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of UAE holiday homes, real estate, and STR regulations
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and commercial acumen
• Strategic mindset with strong operational awareness
• Ability to balance growth with quality and brand integrity
• 1–3 years of experience in business development or real estate
• Proven track record of closing deals
• Experience in hospitality or holiday homes is highly preferred
