Job Brief:
Are you an experienced Property Administrator with strong expertise in tenant relations, lease management, and property operations? Do you have hands-on experience handling administrative, financial, and compliance tasks within residential or commercial properties?

Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Address tenant complaints promptly and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with property management to enforce lease agreements and resolve disputes professionally.
- Maintain positive tenant relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leases, rent payments, tenant communications, and legal documentation.
- Prepare and distribute lease agreements, renewal notices, termination notices, and other property-related documents.
- Assist with lease renewals, rent collection processes, and security deposit administration.
- Manage and track maintenance requests; coordinate with maintenance staff or vendors to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for property documentation.
Financial Management
- Monitor rent payments and follow up on overdue accounts in a professional manner.
- Prepare periodic financial reports for property owners or management.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and reconciliation of property-related accounts.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Obtain quotations and proposals for required services.
- Ensure maintenance projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.
- Maintain vendor records and service agreements.
Compliance & Legal Matters
- Stay updated on applicable landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
- Ensure properties comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
- Assist in eviction procedures and other legal documentation when required.
- Support compliance audits and regulatory inspections.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in property management, real estate administration, or related field.
- Experience handling residential or commercial property portfolios preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with property management software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
- High level of attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in Hindi and English (both written and verbal).
