We specialize in luxury rentals, landlord representation, and international investors. With guaranteed client leads, exclusive developer access, and a prime Marina Plaza office, we’re expanding our leasing & property management division in Dubai.

Roles We’re Hiring:

• Leasing Associates / Leasing Consultants – handle tenant inquiries, schedule viewings, and close rental deals.
• Property Managers – oversee landlord portfolios, manage tenant relations, and drive service standards.
• Sales Business Associates (Rentals Division) – grow our rental network, handle property viewings, and convert leads into contracts.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year Dubai real estate / leasing experience (mandatory for Property Manager roles)
• Strong communication & client handling skills
• Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented

Compensation:

• Salary + Commission for Leasing Associates (with basic support for top performers)
• Property Manager roles may include fixed salary + commission
• Sales Business Associates on commission + structured growth path

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
