About the Role
Storage Outlet is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Co-Property Manager to help oversee daily operations at our Bellflower facility, which offers storage units as well as RV/Boat storage.
This is an active hands-on role—not a desk-only position, combining customer service, sales, and facility upkeep. If you enjoy staying busy, helping people, and taking ownership of your work—this is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Help manage daily operations alongside your Co-Property Manager
- Rent units, sell insurance, and assist customers with storage needs
- Handle payments, balances, and collections
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
- Perform light cleaning and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Provide a positive, professional customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working weekends
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail

Pay: $19.50 - $20.00 per hour
