Property Negotiator - Real Estate (International clients)

We are seeking experienced Property Negotiators and a Team Lead to join our growing team and handle international clients.

Responsibilities:

• Contacting prospective and existing clients
• Responding to inquiries regarding the company and property portfolio
• Identifying and understanding client requirements
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry partners
• Negotiating and closing sales
• (For Team Lead) Managing and supporting the sales team to achieve targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate
• Strong understanding of sales trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Creative thinking and strong customer engagement abilities
• Strong sales skills with resilience and patience
• Working knowledge of relevant CRM and real estate software
