Our Asset Management Division is dedicated to helping landlords and investors maximize returns by offering a complete suite of services — leasing, tenant sourcing, renewals, and professional property management.

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and professional Property Manager / Leasing Agent to join our growing Asset Management Division. In this role, you will represent landlords, secure quality tenants, and convert properties under our management portfolio. You will be central to delivering the Aston Gate standard of client service while driving both leasing and management growth.

Responsibilities

• Landlord Acquisition & Listings
• Build strong relationships with landlords and present Aston Gate’s property management solutions.
• Acquire new listings and ensure they are tenant-ready with accurate details and professional marketing.
• Tenant Sourcing & Leasing
• Conduct property showings and assist tenants through the leasing process.
• Negotiate lease terms and ensure compliance with tenancy laws and Ejari requirements.
• Match qualified tenants with available listings efficiently.
• Property Management
• Promote and secure management agreements with landlords.
• Oversee renewals, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.
• Ensure smooth management of assigned units under Aston Gate’s portfolio.
• Client Relationships
• Maintain consistent follow-up with both landlords and tenants.
• Provide guidance on market trends, rental values, and asset performance.
• Represent Aston Gate as a trusted partner in all client interactions.

Requirements

• Experience in Dubai real estate, leasing, or property management.
• Knowledge of Dubai tenancy laws, contracts, and Ejari process.
• RERA license preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
