We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Property Sales Associate with 1–4 years of experience to join our high-performing real estate team. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients through cold calls, referrals, walk-ins, online inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
Understand client requirements through thorough discussions and provide relevant property options.
Build and maintain a strong and active pipeline of prospective buyers and investors.
2. Property Showcasing & Engagement
Conduct site visits, property walkthroughs, and virtual tours with prospective clients.
Present project information clearly, including pricing, specifications, documentation, and investment advantages.
Educate clients about market conditions, comparative pricing, ROI estimates, and financing choices to support informed decisions.
3. Sales Negotiation & Closures
Guide clients through the negotiation process to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Manage booking procedures, agreement review, and completion of documentation with accuracy.
Coordinate with developers, legal teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely deal closure.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
4. Client Relationship Management
Deliver a personalised, consultative approach to build trust with clients.
Maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Resolve client queries promptly while ensuring exceptional service throughout the transaction cycle.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor offerings, pricing patterns, and upcoming projects.
Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
Share market insights and customer feedback to enhance sales strategies and marketing efforts.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1–4 years in real estate sales, property advisory, brokerage, or other direct customer-facing roles.
Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial property markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple leads at once.
Comfortable using CRM software, digital sales tools, and MS Office applications.
Willingness to conduct regular fieldwork and property visits.
High professionalism, strong work ethic, and a customer-first approach.
