Property Sales Consultant
to promote and sell our portfolio of off-plan and ready projects to local and international investors.
The role focuses on driving property sales, delivering exceptional client experiences, and representing Maysan’s residential developments to investors and end-users.
Duties and Responsibilities

Promote and sell Maysan Properties off-plan and ready projects, including luxury apartments, villas, and townhouses.

Specialize in Freehold projects, targeting both local and international investors.

Conduct project presentations, property viewings, and site tours for potential buyers.

Provide clients with detailed information on masterplans, payment plans, project timelines, and lifestyle offerings.

Advise clients on investment opportunities, capital appreciation, and rental yield potential.

Manage the full property sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and reservation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, and strategic partners.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of unit availability, pricing structures, and promotional offers.

Work closely with marketing and developer teams to support project launches, exhibitions, and campaigns.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective buyers.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

3–5 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in developer sales or luxury residential projects.

Strong knowledge of ITC and Freehold ownership regulations in Oman.

Fluency in Arabic and English.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Client-focused with strong relationship management abilities.

Self-driven and target-oriented.

Valid Omani driving license.
