Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Property Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of the local real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the right property solutions. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, conducting viewings, and delivering expert guidance throughout the sales or leasing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide tailored market insights
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors
• Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and integrity
• Stay informed about market trends, legal procedures, and new property listings
• Use CRM systems to manage leads, interactions, and transaction records
• Meet and exceed monthly performance targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or consulting
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
• Professional demeanor, self-motivated, and client-focused
