RE/MAX ZAM is expanding its team and looking for experienced Real Estate Agents and Property Consultants who are ready to grow within a high-support, high-earning real estate environment in Dubai.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for agents who are confident in building client relationships, generating leads, managing listings, conducting viewings, negotiating deals, and closing transactions.

The ideal candidate should have existing Dubai real estate experience, strong market knowledge, and the ability to work independently while benefiting from the support of a structured and established brokerage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and manage client leads for sales, leasing, off-plan, secondary, or luxury property transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, investors, and developers.
  • Source, manage, and promote property listings.
  • Conduct property viewings, client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.
  • Advise clients on market trends, pricing, investment opportunities, and available properties.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for listings, marketing, administration, and deal support.
  • Maintain accurate client and property records through CRM/Bitrix.
  • Work towards monthly performance targets and deal closures.
  • Represent RE/MAX ZAM professionally in all client and market interactions.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai.
  • Valid RERA certification is required.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
  • Proven experience in sales, leasing, off-plan, secondary market, luxury, or investment-focused real estate.
  • Existing client database and/or active listing network is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong closing ability.
  • Professional appearance and client-facing confidence.
  • UAE driving license and own car are preferred.
Compensation

This is a commission-based role designed for agents who want higher earning potential.

Agents can earn up to 80% commission, depending on performance, structure, and company terms.
