• e the main point of contact for long-stay tenants (queries, complaints, follow-ups, retention).
• Proactively manage renewals and maintain a clear tracker for contract expiries.
• Handle leasing coordination: respond to leads, schedule viewings, conduct unit tours, and support closing.
• Ensure units are ready for move-in: inspections, cleanliness, maintenance coordination, and handover process.
• Supervise day-to-day property operations and coordinate vendors/contractors (maintenance, housekeeping, security).
• Monitor and report on occupancy, tenant issues, open maintenance items, and weekly action plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property supervision / leasing / hospitality long-stay (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer handling skills (phone/WhatsApp/email).
• Organized and process-driven (comfortable with Excel/trackers/CRM).
• Ability to work independently and take ownership as acting manager on-site.
• Languages: [English / Arabic / Other – add as needed].
