Job Overview:

We’re looking for a high-energy Pre-Sales Executive to drive our broker and developer acquisition efforts in the UAE market. Based in Dubai, you’ll lead daily outbound outreach, qualify leads, and schedule in-person POC meetings for our on-ground team. You’ll be the first voice of Propkee - opening doors and creating opportunities in a fast-moving market.


What you’ll do:

  • Conduct high-volume daily outreach to brokers and developers listed across portals or internal lead sources.
  • Engage prospects with a clear pitch about Propkee’s platform benefits.
  • Identify qualified leads and secure in-person meetings with our Sales POCs in the UAE
  • Maintain and update CRM - logging call outcomes, lead status, feedback, and next steps.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth partner handover and experience.
  • Track and report daily call metrics and meeting conversion rates.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years in pre-sales, inside sales, or tele-calling experience (real estate, SaaS, or B2B platforms preferred).
  • Fluent in English with clear, confident verbal communication.
  • Track record of converting cold leads into warm meetings.
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and CRM tools.
  • Self-driven with strong persistence, listening skills, and ability to handle objections.
  • Familiarity with the UAE real estate ecosystem is a plus.
