Proposal Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Proposal Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive, high-quality technical and commercial proposals in response to client requirements, ensuring alignment with company capabilities and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze RFQs, RFPs, and ITTs to understand project requirements
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimates and timelines
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and sales teams to gather required inputs
• Review specifications, drawings, and scope documents
• Identify risks, assumptions, and clarifications for each proposal
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards
• Participate in bid review meetings and client discussions
• Maintain proposal documentation and records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil)
• 2–3+ years of experience in proposal/bid engineering or similar role
• Strong technical understanding and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals
