Urgent Hiring – Proposal/Estimation Engineer (Doha, Qatar)

Position: Proposal / Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare proposals for projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial estimates.
• Analyze customer requirements and generate project proposal deliverables (e.g., Bill of Materials, Technical Solutions).
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to evaluate techno-commercial offers.
• Attend customer sites for kick-off meetings, clarifications, and proposal development.
• Maintain reference databases for sizing, weight estimation, and cost estimation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. / B.E.) in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project estimation and tendering.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Experience in proposal management, cost estimation, and client interaction.

Salary Package

QAR 13,000 – 15,000 (All-Inclusive)

Candidates currently based in Qatar are preferred.
