Proposal Writer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Proposal Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, writing, and submitting well-structured proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and supporting the business development team in securing new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze client requirements, RFPs, and project briefs.
• Write clear, persuasive, and customized proposals for Upwork, Fiverr, and other platforms (or specific client portals).
• Collaborate with the business development and technical teams to gather information and create tailored responses.
• Ensure proposals are grammatically correct, professionally formatted, and submitted within deadlines.
• Maintain a repository of standard templates, company credentials, and reusable content.
• Track and follow up on submitted proposals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Proposal Writer, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with Upwork/online bidding platforms will be a plus.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 per month
