Proposal Writer & Fundraising Officer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Proposal Writer & Fundraising Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build partnerships and mobilize resources for our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling proposals, concept notes, and reports for donors, partners, and grant opportunities.
• Research and identify potential donors, funding agencies, and partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate and attend meetings with organizations, CSR representatives, and other stakeholders to build collaborations and raise funds.
• Prepare progress reports, success stories, and donor communication materials.
• Work closely with program and finance teams to gather information for accurate and persuasive proposal writing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in proposal writing, fundraising, or donor relations (preferably in the NGO or education sector).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; able to represent the organization professionally in meetings.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment.
