Duties

• Develop comprehensive proposals by analyzing client requirements, understanding project scope, and aligning solutions with organizational capabilities
• Conduct thorough research to gather relevant data, industry insights, and technical information necessary for proposal content
• Write, edit, and proofread proposal documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to the clients needs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to incorporate technical details accurately and effectively into proposals
• Fact-check all proposal content for accuracy and completeness before submission
• Manage multiple proposal deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
• Utilize word processing tools to format documents professionally and ensure seamless presentation of content

Qualifications

• Proven experience in proposal writing, technical writing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful proposals
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and engaging content across diverse audiences
• Strong editing, copy editing, proofreading, and fact-checking abilities to ensure error-free documents
• Excellent research skills to gather accurate information from credible sources quickly and efficiently
• Proficiency in word processing software and document formatting tools
• Outstanding communication skills for collaborating across teams and understanding client needs
• Background in journalism, copywriting, or creative writing is a plus but not required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
